PRIMARY END USER BENEFITS
With almost ALL Industrial alarm conditions able to be detected by Proline as an overheat (pre-fire / nil flame) situation, PROLINE accurate ALARM POINT LOCATION feature assists with rapid alarm identification, helping prevent the progression of the alarm condition to a combustible level. The ALARM POINT LOCATION – in feet or metres - can be repeated onto ANY customer control panel or PC using the Proline interface RS232 serial link where necessary.
Considering the ability to connect thousands of metres of Proline linear sensor cable and equal lengths of interconnecting cable (where required) to the ZI interface units, it must be of benefit to an end user customer to be able to support an alarm signal with an accurate indication of where that alarm signal has occurred in practical installation terms.
A programmable GSM option is available to allow a pre-determined message to be sent to customer specified telephone numbers in the event of an alarm being detected.
